So we been on this 2 week European tour and its been MAGNIFICO! We had a few dates with Busta Rhymes and Dilated Peoples in Norway, Sweden, Czech Republic, Amsterdam, and a few others.
All I can is MANNNNNN, I had a BLAST!! The World is so much BIGGER thru my eyes now. I’m about to go home and really use this inspiration to create some Nui, Nui(thats some new gems for u slow cats..)…lol
But really it was very humblin to go across the world and to see people that are BIG fans of Strange Fruit Project and of my production(or fans of me as a producer). Really MInd blowin’…
I was able to capture a smidget of the Busta Show …..not to mention, this was our first time actually rockin a Stadium. :)
I know, I know…..”Its been along time…I shouldn’t have left you”…..lol between finishing this album up and touring in Europe, along with the everyday life and family duties, i haven’t been bloggin like i should have. but i know…. no excuses right?>?? Your right! so im back in full effect..lol i will be bloggin at least once a week for the fam.
Sooooo……..Im about 2 weeks away from finishing up my solo production LP, The Music Box. The album has about 14 cuts on it from some your favorite artist like Rah Digga, Phonte and Pooh(of Little Brother),Speech(of Arrested Development) and lots more…..

So I’m browsing HHG, and I see this track by Young Buck called “I Got Money”. Listen Here I’m thinkin’ to myself, Now I got a beat called “I Got Money”…. and also I got a real solid IN with G-Unit soooo….hmmmm. Still tryin to put two and two together I click on the link and hear my son’s voice say “You know why pimpin’?, Cuz I Get Money”…. I’m like “WoW! Buck recorded to this joint?” lol My Inside man tells me that someone leaked it and should not have. So right there tells me this could’ve been possible album cut. :) Still could be…… Its all good tho. I’m real good. Expect some other S1 joints with Young Buck and the whole G-Unit Crew in the VERY near future. :) G-G-G-G-G-Unit!!!! lol
O yeah, Big ups to my mans Joe Young who concepted the hook and my youngest son, JaVohn, who’s voice I sampled singing it.
Expect to hear more from my sons, Vohndee(Javohn[age 10] and Deiondre[age 11]). I did a series of beats that they both recorded the hooks on and 3 of them have already been picked up by BIG MAJOR ARTIST.
The one thing I hate is when little kids think they no more than their parents. I know I know, as kids we used to do the same thing to our parent but……… Well….you know now we understand what our parents meant when they used to say that.
So anyways, my oldest son, Deiondre (age 11), had the nerve to challenge me in a rock climbing contest. Now come on son. I’m much stronger, faster, wiser and just flat out way more athletic than you are lil’ dude. I mean really, what makes you think that u can beat me in anything?
Maaannn forget it… I have nothing more to say. Roll the tape please!!!!

What a Glorious Day it was! lol Just imagine playing beats in front of classic dope producers and legends like Mr. Porter, No I.D., Chamillionare, Swizz Beats, Sha Money, and Primo just to name a few. Well….. This(Video) is me showcasing at The One Stop Shop Producer Beat Battlle in AZ this year(2008). I competed against 10 dope producers and got 2nd place in the first round which took me to the finals where I competed against the other Top 3 cats.
This event brought hundreds of producers like myself along with other Industry cats together for great networking and sharing alot of great information in a 2 day weekend. I was accompanied by my homies Oneself and Picnic(who are also part of our Cassette Union production team). We had a BLLLLAAASSTTTTT!!!!! Check out pics of our trip RIGHT HERE
